We do not intend to Share your data for any unspecified purposes. As the platform is intended for Collaborations, Career Skills etc., Users are informed that they they can share their data at their own discretion for any of the intended purposes of Coin Medix platform / programs such as trainings, skill development, enrollments, career support, networking with industry etc.If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

We use third party vendor sites for processing financial transactions such as Subscription membership, training or other fees. Users can be asked to share their personal data including financial data by the third party website. We use standard, government agency approved payment processing firms / vendors such as Razorpay, Paypal etc. The Users are advised and informed to interact with these websites based on their personal judgement and discretion. Coin Medix does not store or utilize any of the User’s financial data such as credit/ debit card, net-banking, KYC etc data.. Hence Coin Medix and it’s website are not liable for any third party related User data, privacy and confidentiality related risks or any event of Cyber security, malware or related incidents and/ or associated User data breach.

During Your interactions with COIN MEDIX or associated Application, it may happen that COIN MEDIX provide/include links and hyperlinks of third-party websites not owned or managed by COIN MEDIX (“Third-party Websites”). It may also happen that Users may include links and hyperlinks of Third-party Websites. The listing of such Third-Party Websites does not imply endorsement of such Third-party Websites by COIN MEDIX. Such Third-party Websites are governed by their own terms and conditions and when Users access such Third-party Websites, User will be governed by the terms of such Third-party Websites. 7. Data Retention: How long we retain your data

If you interact with the website, login, fill forms, leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. We may need to store the user data for at least 02 years in order to ensure continuity of operations of your actions / profile. This is also so that we can recognize and approve any follow-up actions, requests, comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

  2. When COIN MEDIX updates it’s Privacy Policy, COIN MEDIX will intimate User of the amendments on User’s registered email ID or on the Website or Application. Alternatively, COIN MEDIX may cause User’s account to be logged-off and make User’s subsequent account log-in conditional on acceptance of the Agreement.
